STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 c. crushed strawberries
1 c. sugar or 3/4 c. plus 1 tsp. Sweet & Low
2 1/2 tbsp. tapioca or 3 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. butter
1 baked pie shell
Whole strawberries

Cook crushed strawberries, sugar and tapioca until clear. Add lemon juice and butter. Cool, beating with a spoon several times. Arrange whole strawberries in baked pie shell with points up. Pour cool cooked mixture around berries. Chill and top with slightly sweetened whipped cream.
