SCALLOPED SCALLOPS 
1 pt. scallops
1 c. (24 Ritz) cracker crumbs
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. melted butter
1/4 c. milk

Mix crumbs with butter. Place thin layer of mixture in shallow baking dish. Cover with scallops. Season with salt and pepper. Cover with remaining crumbs. Add milk. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 4.
