SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
4 slices white bread
2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. minced fresh parsley
1/2 tsp. dried sweet basil
2 cloves crushed garlic
3 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 eggs

SAUCE:

1 c. brown sugar
1 c. chili sauce
1/2 c. wine vinegar
1/2 c. oil
2 tsp. mustard
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. pineapple juice

Mix well. Form into small size balls. Roll in flour and brown in hot oil.

Mix and heat sauce for 15 minutes on low flame. Combine in oven for 30 minutes.
