1 (7 1/4 oz.) box macaroni & cheese dinner
1 (12 1/2 oz.) can Starkist tuna, drained & chunked
1/4 tsp. garlic powder (opt.)
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. frozen green peas
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Prepare macaroni and cheese according to package directions. Mix in remaining ingredients, except Parmesan cheese. Pour into a 1 1/2 quart microwaveable serving dish. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on High for 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 minutes or until cheese is melted and mixture is heated through. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
