SALMON PATTIES 
1 can salmon
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1 c. mushrooms
2 eggs
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. cornmeal

Debone salmon. Saute celery and onion in butter. Mix with salmon. Add flour and cornmeal to eggs and add to salmon. Form into patties, roll in flour and fry in butter.
