WASSAIL BOWL 
6 c. apple juice
1 cinnamon stick per serving in each mug
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 c. honey
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. lemon peel
18 oz. can unsweetened pineapple juice

Heat apple juice and 1 stick cinnamon to boiling. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 5 minutes more. To serve put 1 cinnamon stick in each mug of wassail.

Other suggestions: orange slices studded with cloves can be floating on top of wassail. To do this, use 2 navel oranges. Slice and put cloves into rind and bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
