BANANA BREAD 
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 c. mashed ripe bananas
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
2 1/3 c. Bisquick baking mix
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Generously grease 2 loaf pans. Stir all ingredients with fork until moistened. Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 55 to 65 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Run knife or metal spatula around sides of loaf, pressing gently to loosen; remove from pan.
