POTATO SALAD 
4 lg. potatoes, boiled in jackets
1 lg. white onion, sliced thin

Layer potatoes and onions in medium size flat casserole.

DRESSING:

1 c. Duke's mayonnaise
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of vinegar
1 tbsp. sugar

Pour over potatoes and onions. Marinate overnight. 10 or 12 servings.
