TACO PIE | |
1 lb. ground beef or turkey 1 onion 1 pkg. taco mix 1 (16 oz.) can refried beans 8 oz. pkg. crescent rolls 1/4 c. sliced ripe olives 1 c. sour cream 1 egg 2 c. Cheddar cheese Fresh tomatoes, lettuce, hot sauce Brown ground beef and onion, add taco mix and refried beans. Cook on stove top until mixture is heated. Roll out crescent rolls in 9x13 ungreased pan, taking up 1/2 inch on edges. Just use finger tips to spread it out. Spread ground beef mixture on top of rolls. Place olives on top. Mix sour cream, egg and shredded cheese together. Spread on top of olives. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Garnish with chopped tomato, lettuce and hot sauce to taste after baking (just spread on top). Cut into squares. |
