DRESSING FOR MELON BALL SALAD | |
1 tbsp. butter 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1/3 c. pineapple juice 1/4 c. sugar 2 beaten egg yolks Blend and cook until thick. Cool and add 1 carton sour cream. Use with cantaloupe, watermelon, grapes. Can add pineapple chunks and bananas just before serving. |
