SALMON CAESAR CASSEROLE 
6 oz. caesar salad croutons
1 lb. can red salmon, flaked
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can mushroom soup
Grated Parmesan cheese

Beat together eggs, milk and soup. Stir in croutons, flaked salmon, green pepper and onion. Pour into a buttered baking dish. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until set in center. Approximately 8 servings.
