PORK CHOPS IN GINGERALE 
2 lg. onions, sliced
1/4 c. butter, divided
5 to 8 med. pork chops
4 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. chili sauce (Heinz)
2 tbsp. flour
2 c. gingerale

In skillet, saute onion in 1/2 butter. Remove onion and place in oblong baking dish. In same skillet, brown chops in remaining butter. Remove and place in dish with onions. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Blend chili sauce and flour, add gingerale. Pour over chops. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven 1 hour or until tender.
