GLOSSY CHOCOLATE FROSTING 
2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch

Gradually add 2 cups of water; mix well. Add 4 squares of semi sweet chocolate (1 ounce each). Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly for 10 minutes or until thickened. Remove from heat. Add 2 tablespoons butter and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Mix until smooth and spread on cake. While hot for a soft shiny frosting.
