SALMON AND BROCCOLI SOUP 
1 can chicken broth
1/2 tsp. diced onions
1/8 tsp. red pepper
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli or 1/2 lb. fresh broccoli
1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. all-purpose flour
4 oz. American cheese, cut in squares
1 can pink salmon
Pinch of paprika

Use medium saucepan. Combine broth, onion, red pepper. Add broccoli and bring to boil; frozen. If fresh broccoli, cook it before adding to broth. Stir milk, flour and mix milk and flour with broccoli spears. Cook until thickened. Add cheese into broccoli until melted. Gently add salmon. Heat thoroughly, using paprika for garnish.
