HALLOWEEN COOKIE PIZZA 
Pizza:

3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 egg
1 tbsp. water
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. peanut butter chips
1 c. mini-marshmallows
1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 12 inch pizza pan. In a large mixer bowl, beat sugar and butter until creamy. Add egg, water and vanilla. Beat well. In a separate bowl, stir together flour, soda and salt. Add to sugar mixture, beating on low until blended. Stir in peanut butter chips. Spread batter in prepared pan to within 1/2 inch of edge.

Bake 11 to 13 minutes or until set. Remove from oven. Sprinkle marshmallows, chocolate chips and nuts over top. Return to oven.

Bake 5 to 7 minutes or until marshmallows are lightly browned. Cool completely.

Chocolate Drizzle:

1/4 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 or 3 tsp. butter

Melt together. Drizzle over top of cooled pizza.

Orange Drizzle:

1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. water
3 drops yellow food coloring
2 drops red food coloring

Blend together and drizzle over chocolate drizzle. Let stand a minute to let drizzles set.
