1 can tomato soup
1 can water
1 sm. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 pkg. lemon Jello

Dissolve Jello in hot soup and water mixture. Add cream cheese while still warm so that it melts. Add mayonnaise, celery and green pepper. Pour into molds.
