SALMON ROLL WITH EGG SAUCE 
2 c. canned salmon
2 tsp. minced onion

BISCUIT:

2 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. butter
3/4 - 1 c. milk

EGG SAUCE:

2 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
1 hard cooked egg

To make biscuits sift flour, baking powder and salt together. Cut in butter. When mixture is in lumps size of peas, add milk. Mix well. Put dough on floured board; knead 20-30 strokes. Roll out in oblong shape to 1/4 inch thickness.

Flake salmon on dough and roll as a jelly roll. Cut in slices 1/4-inch thick. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.

Egg Sauce: Serve on top salmon roll. Melt and brown butter; blend in flour and salt. Stir in milk. Cook 2 minutes. Add egg.
