SESAME VEGETABLE SALAD 
8 c. torn leaf lettuce
2 tbsp. sesame seed, toasted
1/4 tsp. sugar
1/3 c. dairy sour cream
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/3 c. green pepper strips
1/3 c. sliced cucumber
1 sm. carrot, bias sliced
1/4 c. finely chopped onion

Place lettuce in bottom of a large bowl. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon sesame seed and the sugar. Season with salt and pepper. In a small bowl combine sour cream, mayonnaise, and vinegar. Stir in green pepper, cucumber, carrot, and onion. Spoon sour cream mixture atop lettuce, spreading to edge of bowl. Sprinkle with remaining sesame seed. Cover tightly; chill up to 24 hours. Toss before serving. Serves 8.
