4-LAYER DESSERT CAKE 
2 c. yellow cake mix
1 egg
1/4 tsp. baking powder
2/3 c. water
1 lg. vanilla instant pudding
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 c. milk
1 can crushed pineapple or any pie filling you desire
1 lg. bowl Cool Whip
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix cake, egg, baking powder and water together. Put in 9x13 inch baking pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool.

Mix vanilla pudding, cream cheese, mix together until thick. Put on cake. Then drain pineapple, spread on top of pudding. Then spread Cool Whip on pineapple and sprinkle with nuts, if desired. Put in refrigerator. Keeps for a long time. (Blueberry pie filling is great.)
