BRAISED SPARERIBS 
1 sheet ribs
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt or seasoning
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. sage
1/4 tsp. marjoram
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. water

Place ribs in baking pan. Mix seasonings together and sprinkle on both sides of ribs. Brown in 425 degree oven 15 to 20 minutes. Add 1 cup water, reduce heat to 325 degrees. Bake 2 hours or until meat is tender. A little more water may be added from time to time. Whole potatoes, onions and carrots may be added an hour before meat is done. Serves 5.
