MINESTRONE MEATBALL SOUP 
5 c. water
1 (14 oz.) can tomatoes
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
2 env. dried onion soup mix
1 tsp. dried basil
1/4 tsp. pepper

In large saucepan, mix first 6 ingredients, cutting up tomatoes. Cover and bring to boil over high heat.

MEATBALLS:

1 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. dry Italian bread crumbs
1 egg
2 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet browning sauce
1/4 tsp. salt

In a bowl mix all meatball ingredients. Shape into small balls.

1/2 c. elbow macaroni
1 can kidney beans, drained
Parmesan cheese

Stir macaroni and meatballs into boiling mixture and return to boil. Reduce heat to low, cover, simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to keep from stocking. Stir in kidney beans. Cover and simmer 5 minutes and serve with Parmesan cheese on top.
