LINDY'S CHEESE CAKE 
1 box zwieback toast, rolled fine
1/4 lb. melted butter
2 tbsp. sugar
Dash of cinnamon

Mix together, line 9x13 inch or spring pan.

1 1/2 lb. cream cheese (3 8-oz. pkg.)
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream the cheese and add sugar gradually. Add eggs, one at a time. Mix smooth, pour into pan and bake at 350 degrees.

STEP II:

Take 1 pint sour cream, add 2 tablespoons sugar and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Mix and pour over baked cake. Then bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes. When cool, top with fruit filling.
