MEAT `N BISCUIT BAKE 
1 1/2 c. cubed cooked beef or pork
1/4 tsp. oregano
2 tbsp. butter
1 can golden mushroom soup
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. chopped canned tomatoes
1 c. cooked green beans, cut up
1 c. biscuit mix (Bisquick)
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Brown meat with oregano in butter. Stir in soup, 1/4 cup water, tomatoes and green beans. Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, combine biscuit mix and 1/4 cup water, mix. Roll into 8 inch square; sprinkle with cheese. Roll up jelly roll fashion, cut into 8 slices. Place biscuits around edge. Bake 15 minutes more or until browned.
