GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST 
1 1/2 c. very fine graham cracker crumbs
6 tbsp. melted butter
1/4 c. confectioners' sugar (opt.)

Reserve 1/2 cup of the mixture for topping. Press into pie pan. If you are using it at once, bake without chilling - 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Otherwise, chill the crust and put in the filling when you are ready to use.
