SKILLET CABBAGE 
Chopped cabbage
Celery
Sliced onion
Sliced green pepper
Chopped fresh tomatoes or canned tomatoes
Approximately 1 tbsp. heaped bacon grease
1 tbsp. sugar
Salt and pepper

Use amounts of vegetables you want. Combine and cover. Simmer on medium heat, 15-20 minutes, no more. You shouldn't have to add water, but watch it in case it cooks too fast. You might need to stir it occasionally.
