ROAD HOUSE POTATOES | |
2 lbs. frozen hash browns, thawed 1 stick butter 1 tsp. salt 2 c. half & half 1 c. milk 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese Pat potatoes in 9x13 inch pan. Melt together butter, salt, half & half, and milk. Pour cream mixture over top of potatoes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. |
