SHORTCUT LASAGNE 
2 (15 1/2 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
8 oz. lasagne noodles
1 lb. ricotta or cottage cheese
8 oz. mozzarella, shredded
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Spread 1 cup sauce in 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Arrange layer of uncooked lasagne. Top with sauce, the 3 cheeses, then more sauce; repeat. End with layer of lasagne. Compress gently. Pour remaining sauce, covering all lasagne pieces. Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan. Bake 45-55 minutes at 350 degrees. Allow to stand for 15 minutes before cutting.
