ZUCCHINI PUFF 
4 eggs
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. finely chopped onions
1/2 c. grated cheese
1 tbsp. parsley
3 c. zucchini, grated
1 clove crushed garlic
1/2 tbsp. oregano
1/2 c. oil
1/2 tbsp. salt

Squeeze extra moisture from zucchini. Add eggs, Bisquick, onion, cheese, parsley, garlic, zucchini, oregano, oil, salt together. Pour into oiled baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees until top is brown and knife comes out clean.
