RUMAKI 
1 lb. chicken livers
1 c. wine
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 garlic clove, peeled
1/2 lb. bacon slices
1 can water chestnuts, drained & cut in half
Lg. toothpicks

Marinate livers in wine, soy sauce and garlic overnight. Parboil bacon slices in water 4 minutes; drain. Wrap 1/2 liver and 1/2 water chestnuts in bacon. Impact on toothpick. Broil, turning once until bacon is crisp.
