FROZEN CITRUS PIE 
1 can (6 oz.) frozen lime or lemonade concentrate
1 pt. vanilla ice cream, softened
3 1/2 c. thawed whipped topping
Food coloring
Graham cracker crust

Beat concentrate 30 seconds. Gradually spoon in ice cream and blend. Fold in whipped cream and add coloring, whipping until smooth. Freeze, if necessary, until mixture will mound. Spoon into crust. Freeze at least 4 hours.
