CHICKEN PIE 
1 chicken, boiled and deboned
1/2 c. melted butter
2 c. chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted

Mix all ingredients and pour into large casserole dish or 11x13 inch pan. Top with crust.

TO MAKE CRUST: Combine 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons self-rising flour with 1 teaspoon each of salt, pepper, and poultry seasonings. Mix in 1 cup milk. Pour over chicken mixture. Bake at 350 degrees until crust is brown.
