Reduce favorite cookie recipe by 1/2 cup flour. Mix dough and cover tightly. Refrigerate 1 hour or overnight. cover a 12 inch pizza pan with foil and spray with vegetable oil. Using flour on hands and the dough, pat out 3 cups of the dough onto pan, spreading to within 1/2 inch of the edge. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Bake for 15 minutes.

Make an aluminum foil tent to cover the cookie in the oven, making sure that the foil does not touch the cookie. Bake for another 20 minutes. Remove cookie from the oven and immediately make a design or message on top of cookie with M&M'S®. (i.e. #1 Mom, Happy Birthday, #1 Teacher, etc.)

NOTE: Cookies can be frosted, then decorated. Save your pizza boxes and cover with foil or wallpaper to make gift boxes.
