CHICKEN MARSALA 
1-2 lbs. chicken cutlets, cut up into chunks
1 pkg. mushrooms, sliced
2 tbsp. olive oil + 2 tbsp. garlic
1 c. chicken bouillon
1 c. any type of white wine
2 tbsp. Gravy Master
Rice

Saute chicken in olive oil and garlic. Remove chicken. Saute mushrooms. Add chicken back in pan and add 1 cup chicken bouillon. Simmer for 15 minutes. Then add wine and Gravy Master. Simmer another 15 minutes. Serve over rice.
