MINT BROWNIES 
1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 c. flour
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 (16 oz.) can Hershey syrup

Mix and bake in greased 10 x 15 x 1 inch pan at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool in refrigerator 20 minutes.

2ND LAYER (MINT) :

1 stick butter
2 tbsp. milk
Green food coloring
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. peppermint extract

Mix and spread over 1st layer.

3RD LAYER (CHOCOLATE) :

Melt 1 stick butter and 1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet). Spread over mint; refrigerate until ready to serve. Refrigerate leftovers.
