LO-CAL VEGETABLE DIP 
1 c. (8 oz.) plain yogurt
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dill weed
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
3 green onions, finely chopped
Dash pepper
1 tsp. honey

In small bowl or blender, combine all ingredients, mix well. Refrigerate several hours to blend flavors.
