LAMB STEW 
2 lb. lamb shoulder, cubed
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
3 carrots, finely chopped (1 c.)
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
2 tbsp. parsley
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. dry red wine
3/4 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Brown lamb. Put all ingredients in crock pot and cook low for 6 hours. Serves 6.
