ONE POT DINNER 
1/2 to 1 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. bacon (cut in small pieces)
1 c. chopped onions
2 cans (1 lb. 15 oz.) pork and beans
1 can (1 lb.) kidney beans (drained)
1 can (1 lb.) green lima beans
1 c. ketchup
1 c. liquid smoke
3 tbsp. white vinegar
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Brown and drain beef and set aside. Brown and drain bacon pieces. Saute onions in bacon grease. Place on paper towel. Discard grease.

Place all ingredients in large pot (Dutch oven or slow cooker is recommended). Stir and mix well. Cover and cook on low heat 4 to 6 hours.

Especially good during cold weather served with French bread or garlic bread.
