FLOATING ISLAND (ISLA FLOTANTE) 
GROUP A:

2 tbsp. cornstarch
6 c. milk
4 egg yolks (save egg whites)

GROUP B:

1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Dissolve cornstarch in milk. Add egg yolks and blend. In saucepan, mix milk and cornstarch with ingredients in B. Boil, do not stir.
