4 eggs
1/4 c. butter
2 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. biscuit mix
1 tsp. vanilla

Start heating oven to 350 degrees. Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend about 2 minutes or until smooth. Pour into a buttered and floured pie plate. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes. Cool for 3 hours in refrigerator until set.
