CHUNKY CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 med. green pepper, cut in strips
1 sm. onion, coarsely chopped
1 (19 oz.) can sirloin burger chunky soup
1 (16 oz.) can whole peeled tomatoes
1 c. grated Mozzarella or sharp cheddar cheese
10 saltine crackers, coarsely crushed
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper

TOPPING:

26 Saltine crackers, coarsely crushed
1/4 c. butter, melted
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese or sharp cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all casserole ingredients. Place in 2 quart casserole. Prepare topping, mixing crackers, butter and onion. Sprinkle evenly over vegetable mixture. Bake 45 minutes. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup cheese over surface of casserole. Return to oven and bake 15 minutes more. Makes 6 servings.
