FESTIVE SEAFOOD COCKTAIL 
3 lb. boiled shrimp
1 1/2 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
Dash of hot sauce
Salt & freshly ground pepper

Place shrimp in refrigerator; chill thoroughly. Combine remaining ingredients for sauce, mix thoroughly. Chill well. Arrange shrimp in cocktail cup or stemmed dessert glasses; spoon sauce over shrimp. Or lay shrimp over ice (crushed ice place olives in between shrimp).
