POTATO SOUP 
8 sm. potatoes
2 tbsp. butter
5 fresh green onions, chopped
3 sprigs parsley
1 c. milk
2 cans Carnation milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. flour

Boil potatoes until tender in enough water to cover. Drain; reserve 1/2 cup water. Saute onion in butter. Combine potatoes, onions, parsley, milk, water, salt and pepper. Simmer 10 minutes. Add flour to other cup of milk and dissolve. Pour this into potato mixture for thickening stirring constantly. Do not boil. Yield 6 to 8 servings.
