8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 1/4 c. sifted powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 oz. square unsweetened chocolate, melted
3/4 c. whipping cream
10 3/4 oz. frozen pound cake, thawed

Combine cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and vanilla. Mix until well blended. Blend in chocolate. In separate bowl, beat cream until soft peaks form; gradually add remaining sugar, beating until stiff peaks form. Fold into cream cheese mixture. Split cake horizontally into three layers. Spread each layer with chocolate cheese mixture; stack. Frost sides with chocolate cheese mixture. Chill.
