1 lg. Cool Whip
1 box lime Jello
1 box lemon Jello
1 box cherry Jello
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. chopped pecans
1 lg. can pineapple chunks, drained
1 can mandarin oranges
1 sm. jar maraschino cherries, drained and halved
1 box sugared, chopped dates
2 c. diced apples
2 c. seedless grapes

Set Jello according to directions. When set, begin salad by spooning one helping of each Jello in bottom of bowl. Continue layering Jello along with "handfuls" of each of the other ingredients listed above with 3 or 4 spoonsful of Cool Whip between each layer until all ingredients are used. Top salad with spoonsful of Cool Whip with a cherry on each.

This salad is beautiful especially "constructed" in a clear bowl. This is a LARGE salad, a small punch bowl is ideal to make it in and looks great too! Very appropriate at Christmas because of the colors.
