PIMENTO CHEESE BALLS | |
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese 1 lb. pimento cheese spread 1 c. pecans, finely chopped Let cream cheese and cheese spread soften in bowl together. Blend together. Divide into 2 equal portions. Shape each into balls. Press pecans into ball. These will freeze for approximately 3 months. |
