CHILE RELLENO CASSEROLE | |
2 cans whole Ortega chiles 1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated 2 tbsp. flour 4 eggs 1 lg. can condensed milk 2 sm. cans tomato sauce 1 lb. Jack cheese, grated Line 9x13 pan with chiles. Place grated Cheddar cheese over chiles. Mix milk, eggs and flour. Pour over cheese and chiles. "Tent" pan with aluminum foil. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes until egg mixture is fluffy and slightly golden. Pour tomato sauce on top of egg mixture. Place grated Jack cheese over tomato sauce. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. |
