COCONUT PIE 
2 boxes regular vanilla Jello (cook and serve pudding)
3 egg yolks (save whites)
4 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. coconut

Cook above ingredients until thick. Pour into baked pie shell.

Meringue:

3 egg whites
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. coconut

Beat egg whites until foamy. Add sugar and beat until stands in peaks. Spread on pie and sprinkle coconut on top.

Bake at 350°F for 5 minutes or until brown.
