BAKED FISH | |
1 lb. flounder, rockfish, sole or perch 1/2 c. butter, melted 2/3 c. saltine crackers, crushed 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 tsp. oregano 1/4 tsp. garlic powder Combine cracker crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, oregano in dish. Dip fish in butter then in cracker mixture. Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees 25 to 30 minutes. Drizzle any leftover butter on top of fish. |
