LIME CANDY 
1 cup sweetened applesauce
1 cup sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime jello

Place applesauce in small saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Blend in sugar and gelatin; bring to a boil. Let cook gently for 2 minutes.

Pour into well buttered ice cube tray or 8x4x2-inch loaf pan; chill until set.

Cut into 1-inch cubes with a sharp knife that has been dipped into hot water. Roll cubes in sugar.

Makes 32 servings.
