PRALINE YAMS 
1/2 c. chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. melted butter

Blend in a bowl.

Cut potatoes into small pieces. Place a layer of yams in an ungreased 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with blended dry ingredients, continue layering until all yams are used, ending with blended dry mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes or until bubbly. 10 servings.

HINTS: If yams are dry, put a little water or juice in the casserole. Do not cover.
